Happiness is on Hiatus
This class is currently on pause but check back soon for anther installment when you can join us as we explore the Yale University Science of Well Being class and help each other apply the concepts and rewirements over 10 weeks. This unofficial study group is an excellent way to socially commit to your happiness and see measurable improvements. The next class starts on January 9 (Saturdays from 3-4 pm) or January 13 (Wednesdays from 6-7 pm) and will go for 10 weeks.
